		<description>Here, here! I most heartily approve of a high &quot;other stuff&quot; ratio in any salad (tuna, chicken, tater...). For dressing a potato salad, I will usually add plain yogurt and mustard for tanginess and a lower oil quotient. And a buttload of black pepper. Maybe some pickles, but not always.</description>
